Processing Times & Shipping

Petite Fleur Earrings are handmade-to-order and custom-made as you choose your metal pairings (gold, silver, or stainless steel). Please allow for 10-12 business days for your order to be made and shipped. I try my hardest to get your earrings to you as soon as possible! Please visit the "Contact Us" section if you need your earrings sooner or have a question for me. 

Typically your earrings will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. According to the USPS this should typically take 3 business days. I cannot control delayed shipping, but please let me know if it takes more than a week for your earrings to get to you!

About Polymer Clay & Care

Polymer clay is lightweight making it an optimal material to use when creating earrings.

While our clay earrings are durable once cured, but they are not invincible. To help protect your earrings, we recommend storing them in the box (and bag) you receive with your order. Handle your earrings with care, try not to bend them, and take them off before getting into water. Store your clay earrings in an area that is cool and dry.

If something should get on your clay earrings you can clean them using a damp cloth or Q-tip and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (acetone). Then gently rub to clean.

Metal Fixings Offered 

Metal Options:
- Gold: 10k gold plated parts (jump rings) and 18k gold plated earring posts and backs
- Silver: Sterling Silver plated parts (jump rings)
- Stainless Steel: Stainless Steel earring posts and backs (with the rest of the earring parts being sterling silver)

Hypoallergenic Note: After a lot of research and discussions with other jewelers, I found that Stainless Steel works best for those who have allergies to certain metals. Stainless Steel is considered one of the most hypoallergenic options out there. 

Returns & Exchanges

Since earrings are involved with piercings I am not able to accept exchanges or returns. However, if there is an issue with your earrings please contact me within 14 days of your purchase. I want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me with any other questions or concerns!

I try my best to provide you with the most helpful information to make your buying process online fun and easy. Please contact me if you have any further questions about an earring you are interested in or experience any other issues past 14 days of receiving your earrings!

Custom Orders

Custom orders are available on a case-by-case basis for special occasions and collaborations. There will most likely be a custom order fee as well. If you have any questions about custom orders please feel free to contact me! 

Earring Releases and Collections 

Each month a new set of earrings are released for purchase. The designs change from month to month and we don't typically bring back entire collections. However, we will occasionally bring back certain earrings from previous collections. If there are any changes to our releases we will be sure to keep you posted via social media and our email list. Be on the lookout for collection reveals and release dates!
